Then moving on until we arrive at the dramatic colouring of the paintings of Caravaggio and Piazza Navona, part of the visit too.

You don’t need to buy any admission tickets for this tour. This best of Rome tour lasts 3 hours. It is a walking tour, totally outdoor, so remember to wear comfortable shoes. In fact, we are going to walk for 2 km/ 1.2 ml, upon cobblestones streets and stand for the most of time. 1 short stops to rest and 1 toilet break only are possible during this visit. A dress code must be respected to get into the church where the painting of Caravaggio are guarded. Take a hat and a bottle of water with you in summertime. We may refill them at the public fountains at our disposal.

We took the tour on 03 April 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed the wealth of information we were given by the knowledgeable and very personable guide. Although the tours might seem pricey, it was well worth paying the money to visit the best of Rome and avoid the crowds. The guide and the car were punctual and the arrangements were very professional. Most important, the car equipment, eg. AC, was in excellent condition and functioned well throughout and this was an important point considering the heat outside.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this little company made by Analise and her family. She took time to ensure we had all heard and asked whether we needed more information at numerous points on the tour. To sum up, we would definitely use myrome again. Annalisa, best tour guide in Rome.
